        La partecipazione alla gara è riservata alle compagnie di assicurazione aventi legale rappresentanza e stabile organizzazione in Italia, in possesso dell"autorizzazione all"esercizio delle assicurazioni private con riferimento al ramo del lotto cui si presenta l"offerta, in base al D.Lgs. n. 209/2005, in conformità agli art. 45, 47 e 48 del D.Lgs. 50/2016 e s.m.i. nonché in possesso dei requisiti previsti dal disciplinare e relativi allegati.
